Nick is a Planning and Environmental Lawyer, specialising in environmental, waste and regulatory law at DMH Stallard LLP. He has advised international and national companies on their obligations under producer responsibility legislation, and has acted for clients prosecuted under them. Nick has been involved in a wide range of environmental and waste related litigation (civil and criminal) from the Magistrates Court up to the Court of Appeal.
