Econo-Weee Limited is an approved  Producer Compliance Scheme (Approval Ref: WEE/XP3538PP/SCH) for the purposes of the WEEE Regulations, offering a full range of services to producers and business end-users. The Scheme covers both B2B and B2C equipment and all categories of EEE.

The Scheme's corporate goal is to provide the most cost-effective and simple option for compliance, while maintaining a high-quality service with unrivalled support for its members. With three categories of membership (non-VAT, Fixed-price and Full), Econo-Weee caters for all producers, regardless of size.

Managed by a compact, but highly qualified and experienced team (see 'About Us'), Econo-Weee operates in an efficient and streamlined manner. It is also fully independent and, therefore, able to take advantage of market situations to minimise the cost to its members.

As a member of Econo-Weee, no-frills, no-hassle compliance with the Regulations is assured, but we also offer additional services such as consultancy, training, auditing and waste management.

Note that Econo-Weee operates a 'No WEEE, No FEE' policy for Full Members. This means you pay for the waste that arises during a compliance period, not for the equipment you put on the market which may never become waste in the UK or may not become waste for several years or may be dealt with by the end-user or consumer. Thus, for B2B members, charges are based on the amount of WEEE returned; for B2C members, charges are based on market share of WEEE deposited at Designated Collection Facilities (see 'Detailed Summary' for further information).
